This cozy Caribbean style home sleeps up to 10 guests and blends bright, island inspired décor with modern comforts, set right on a quiet, natural white sand beach.
Guests also enjoy access to a fantastic 5 tier freshwater pool with three waterfalls and a whirlpool just a short walk away, plus easy driving access to East End restaurants, world class diving, and Grand Cayman’s top sites.

LIVING AREA & ENTERTAINMENT
Cayman Paradise Villa #1 is pristine and thoughtfully decorated, with plenty of room for families and groups. The main living area features comfortable seating, a sleeper sofa, TV with cable, and high speed Wi Fi, so it’s easy to relax after a day in the sun. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the villa cool throughout all three levels.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
• Master Bedroom (2nd floor): Queen size bed, TV with cable, walk in closet, and en suite bath with shower and dual sinks. A side patio fronts the sea and features an outdoor sofa and coffee table—perfect for sunrises, sunsets, and constant breezes.
• Second Bedroom (2nd floor): King size bed with TV and cable.
• Third Bedroom (2nd floor): Two twin beds with plenty of storage.
• Shared Bath (2nd floor): Dual sinks, shower, and tub shared by the second and third bedrooms.
• Third Floor Loft: Accessed via spiral staircase, with a full size futon sleeper, desk, and huge panoramic window facing the sea.
• Primary Floor: Large floor with full bath (shower), additional refrigerator, futon full size bed, and sleeper sofa, plus a large window facing the private beach.
From the lower level you step out to a covered patio with furniture, grill, and direct access to the natural sandy beach.
KITCHEN & ESSENTIALS
• Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and drip coffee maker.
• Coffee and tea provided to get you started.
• Essentials starter pack including shampoo, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, paper towels, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.
LAUNDRY & BEACH GEAR
• Separate laundry room with washer/dryer.
• Pool and sea toys, floaters, and a pack and play included.
• All towels, beach towels, and basic supplies are provided.

GROCERIES, SUNDAY CLOSURES & PRACTICAL DETAILS
Nearby grocery options such as Foster’s Express and Chisholm's Grocery are about 10 minutes away by car. Larger supermarkets are also convenient stops on the drive from the airport.
Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.
Chisholm’s Market is on the Northside, and is open 7 days a week, and is well stocked with food, supplies, beer, wine & liquor. 10 minutes from the condo.
TRANSPORTATION
• A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.
• Many guests book directly with trusted local providers such as Marshall’s Rent-A-Car, Andy's Rent-A-Car, or compare options through Kayak.
• Due to limited public transportation in East End, having a car offers the greatest convenience and flexibility.
ACCESSIBILITY & PARKING
• The villa is part of a multi level complex; this unit is spread across three floors, with stair access between levels (no elevator).
• One reserved parking space is provided.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
After booking, you’ll receive detailed arrival information by email, and your unique door code before arrival.
Check in is any time after 4:00 PM with keyless entry; early check in may be possible depending on cleaning schedules and can be confirmed with the property manager closer to arrival.
Check out is self service at 11:00 AM, with clear instructions provided; late check out is only available if pre arranged, as time is needed to prepare for incoming guests.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is recommended, especially during hurricane season from August through October, to help protect against trip interruptions and weather-related disruptions.
