Corner Cabin is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located in the heart of Big Bear City. Corner lot with fully fenced back yard, with spa, and gaming garage. Full sized washer, dryer, and kitchen appliances. Central heating and rare central air conditioning added 8/2024.
All bedding, bath towels, and spa towels are provided.
Bedroom 1: (Upstairs Master suite) King bed, dresser, wardrobe rack, 50” smart tv, ceiling fan, window AC seasonal, access to gorgeous master bathroom.
Bedroom 2: (Main level) Full/full bunk bed, nightstand, and clothing rod with hangers.
Bedroom 3: (Main level) Full bed, nightstand, clothing rod with hangers, and 32” smart tv.
We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton balls, cotton swabs and floss picks. Hand towels and wash cloths are also be provided. The bath towels are not for lake use, please bring extra for the lake.
Bathroom 1: (First floor) Enclosed Shower, single sink.
Bathroom 2: (Second Floor, Master Suite) Gorgeous large spa style bathroom. Deep soaking bathtub. Large dual rainfall shower. Double vanity.
Living Room 1: (Main level) Open to kitchen and dining area. 3-seater couch, armchairs, and smart tv to stream your favorite apps. Enclosed wood burning fireplace.
Living Room 2: (Upstairs Loft) Cozy pull out sofa bed, coffee table, 55” smart tv.
Dining- Table seats 3 with 4 counter stools in kitchen.
Kitchen: Fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, 12 cup drip coffee maker, and pour over. Fully stocked with all utensils, cookware, and dishware.
Laundry Area -Located in game garage. Full sized HE washer dryer.
Game Garage- Large leather couch, armchair, foosball, basketball, air hockey table, folding ping pong table, and board games. Garage is heated by portable heaters.
Heating/cooling- This home is heated with central heating. Rare whole house air conditioning was added 8/2024! In addition, the primary room has a window AC unit. Ceiling fans or stand alone fans are provided.
Yard -Fully fenced back yard, 6-person spa, propane firepit, propane grill, and dining table for 6. We provide propane tank. It is replaced weekly. If you need to swap or refill, please send a picture of the receipt. You will be reimbursed.
Parking: Flat driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles. No Parking in garage
Pets- We allow 2 dogs only. No other type of animals are allowed. Dogs must be disclosed on the reservation. We do not charge a pet fee for bringing them along. Fees may apply if they excessively shed, are not cleaned up after (feces, urine, and accidents inside), or damage caused by pet. Please check the yard to ensure the safety of your pet. We are not liable for your pets well being while staying.
This home has a tankless water heater to provide long hot showers!
This home is an older style cabin. While it has been fully renovated. There are always quirks to this style home including but not limited to drafts here and there.

If traveling in winter, we highly suggest purchasing trip insurance! We have a strict cancellation policy and will stand by it. Winter months can be challenging with snow, ice, road closures, and other things. Cover yourself by purchasing the trip insurance.
A vehicle is recommended, but not necessary. Mountain Transit pick up location is less than .2 miles from the home.
Reminder- This is the mountains. We do our best to control what we can. We spray and leave bait for pests, do our best to prevent rodents, and remove weeds throughout the year. Most of our homes do have sap producing trees.
All requests to change date, must be done a minimum of 14 days before your stay. Prices may change due to change of date.
If you instant book, you assume responsibility that all restrictions will be followed. We will not be responsible for any eviction, fine, or inconvenience due to disregarding the restrictions placed for Big Bear Lake and Big Bear City.

We want you to have the best experience possible so you’ll come back to visit us again soon. Here are some tips on how to avoid some of the common complaints we get about short-term rentals. The number one rule to remember is being a vacation home renter also means being a good neighbor.
PARKING (3 vehicles)
All short-term renters must park on the rental property. No street parking is
allowed. The number of approved spaces for your rental can be found on the information posted inside the unit.
NOISE
We know you have good taste in music, but your neighbors might not. So turn down the volume and keep all noise to a minimum. Guests are advised to adhere to quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
PETS
Pets are required to be leashed or kept in an enclosed area on the property at all times. Dogs are required to be licensed. Barking or other animal noise may result in noise complaints.
TRASH
Please place all trash in approved containers. Ensure containers are closed to
keep animals out. Do not place trash bags or other uncontained trash anywhere on the property.
OCCUPANCY(8 including children & infants)
Exceeding the occupancy limit could result in expulsion from the rental, fines, or both. The approved number of people allowed in the unit can be found on the information posted inside the unit.
PROHIBITED USES
Short-term rentals may not be used for commercial purposes, such as filming, corporate retreats, conferences, or wedding receptions.
COMPLAINTS
The County operates a 24-hour hotline where residents can report short-term rental violations. All complaints are investigated and can result in a $1,000 citation.
