Please note that the listing address is for our hotel partner in a nearby building less than 0.2 miles from the residential building you will be staying in. Consequently, the style, design, or type of furniture in the apartment may differ from the images presented in the listing. All guests are required to provide a copy of a government photo ID before check in due to building requirements. No exceptions.

Disclaimer: We have the right to change the furniture without prior notice to guests. Furniture will be the same bed size and quality of the posted photos. If you want to book parking through us in the same building it is $35 per day. Smoke violation is $1000. Party violation is $500. We don’t want to fine you so please avoid trouble.
