2 elevators, same building parking spot, CVS, Whole Foods Grocery, Pizza place, and Coffee Shops all in the same building!

Living room: 2 folding beds. Couch, side chair, dining table with 4 chairs, full kitchen!

We provide bed sheets and linens and blankets for folding beds.

Work desk and chair. High speed Wi-Fi.

Note, we have the right to change the furniture with no prior notice to the guests, however, we will provide the same bed size, furniture size and dining set, as much as possible. The goal is to replace old furniture with new one to enhance the condo appearance and your experience. Thank you for cooperating with us.

Please note that exact address will be shared 2 days prior to your arrival as requested by the condo owner for privacy purposes. Current location is for our hotel partner, which is one block away or less than 0.2 miles from the condo.

All guests are required to share their what’s app so we can send them video of self check in process.

All guests are required to provide government photo ID before check in (only 18 years and older), so we can include their names in the residence portal to access building amenities and apartment condo.

🚚 We kindly ask that you do not mail any letters or packages to the property address. Packages may only be ordered after you have checked in. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any lost, misplaced, or undelivered packages, and any packages ordered before check-in will be returned to the sender. Thank you so much for your cooperation and understanding!

Please check with us for parking availability. It is first come first served. Please budget $40 per night for parking and request us to book it for you at least 3 days before arrival. Parking is free for monthly stays. There is no guarantees of parking for any same-day reservations, however, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Parking tag lost fee is $100, please do not loose the parking tag we offer you. You must take a picture of the tag upon check out and leave it on the dining table and send us a picture as a proof. Thanks for understanding.

Parties are not accepted $1000 fine.

For the safety and security of our building community, the building management requires all guests to provide a government-issued photo ID prior to arrival. This information is collected solely for verification purposes and to comply with building regulations. By booking this listing, you acknowledge and agree to provide the required ID as part of the check-in process.
