This stunning three bedroom luxury property offers some of the best lagoon views of any villa on Kiawah Island. From the moment you want in the front door, you are graced by the well thought out renovations and tasteful decor. The gourmet kitchen was completely remodeled and redesigned to make best use of the space. Additionally the kitchen was appointed with custom high quality cabinets, gorgeous granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances and tile backsplash. Adjacent to the kitchen is the spacious living and dining room. Anyone who knows Kiawah appreciates that the three bedroom Turtle Point villas have arguably the best floor plan of any villa and this is evident with the large family room and all the natural light which comes from the windows and sliding glass doors. In this area, the lagoon views are ever present, but the privacy is unmatched. Flanking the family room is a peaceful sunroom. Close the pocket doors for privacy and quiet or open them to invite this space into the entire villa. Upstairs is the master retreat, which has peaceful views as well as ample closet space. These villas are known to have the most storage as any on Kiawah and no other place in 4925 Turtle Point is this more evident than the master suite. The renovations didn't stop with the first floor and are present throughout the villa and in the master suite too. There is a large subway tiled stand up shower, a two sink vanity and a deep soaking tub. Additionally, there is a private balcony which offers long lagoon views, which is only accessible from the master bedroom. Located on the first floor are two additional bedrooms both with private bathrooms, one with a new king sized bed, the other with two twins. This villa is an easy walk to the beach as well as located centrally on the island offering easy access to everything Kiawah has to offer.
This Turtle Point villa offers the ultimate in golf course living on the 17th and 18th fairways of the Turtle Point Golf Course in East Beach. East Beach Village is the heart of Kiawah Island, anchored by the 21-acre Night Heron Park and legendary Sanctuary Hotel. East Beach offers the best of both worlds with easy access to Kiawah’s 10 miles of beautiful beaches and a central hub of activity for the whole family with a relaxed, social atmosphere.

Historic Charleston is only a 30 minute drive from the villa where you can have a carriage ride, visit boutique shops, walk through the open market, and enjoy dining in numerous restaurants located in the city.
