Maria was very responsive and proactive, checking in periodically throughout our stay. The place was exactly as described. My only complaint was that the dishes and dinnerware in the cabinet were incomplete. Other than that, the home was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. There were a couple of events happening nearby during our stay, so there was occasionally a delay getting into the community, but overall it was still a smooth experience. The location was great, close to several Publix and several restaurant options, and only about a 25–30 minute drive to both Walt Disney World and Universal Studios Florida, which was the main purpose of our trip. We didn’t get a chance to use the community amenities due to time, but they were easy to locate and access. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Alugamos esta casa por um longo período. A casa é muito boa, bem cuidada, com ótima localização, próxima da piscina, da academia e de tudo o que precisávamos. Mas o que tornou a nossa estadia verdadeiramente especial foi a equipe da Champions, responsável por cuidar da casa. Logo na chegada, percebemos que o colchão não estava bom e isso poderia comprometer totalmente a experiência. Entramos em contato e, no dia seguinte, o colchão já havia sido trocado. Também tivemos um problema com a entrada excessiva de luz no quarto de casal e, novamente, a equipe resolveu rapidamente, providenciando cortinas blackout. Faço questão de contar esses detalhes porque eles mudaram tudo. Se não fosse a atenção, a agilidade e o cuidado da equipe Champions, a estadia não teria sido incrível como foi. O diferencial não foi apenas a casa, foi quem cuida dela. Pode alugar esta casa com tranquilidade. Com essa equipe, qualquer imprevisto vira solução. E isso faz toda a diferença.

Really great apartment that was clean, spacious and modern. Champions gate is a beautiful area with easy access to the Disney Parks / local shops & restaurants. The host was very proactive in their communications which were clear and easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again. The only very minor feedback was that labor day weekend got extremely busy at champions gate which increased our wait time to get through the security barriers (even at 10pm). Had a really great time though
