Welcome to your spacious Cape Cod retreat! This modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is designed for comfort and connection. The open-plan living area invites you to relax on the large sectional sofa, with natural light highlighting the coastal-inspired decor.
At the heart of the home is a stunning, fully equipped kitchen. Featuring bold, sky-blue cabinetry, a large island with a gas range, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, it's a true culinary haven for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners.
Each of the three generously sized bedrooms offers a soothing and private retreat after a day of exploring. The home also includes two full bathrooms and convenient laundry facilities for your use.
Guest Access
You will have exclusive and private access to the entire 3-bedroom apartment. Complimentary on-site parking is provided for your convenience, located at the back of the building.
During the summer months, you are welcome to enjoy the shared backyard patio and the barbecue grill, perfect for an evening cookout.

You'll be just a short walk from the Hyannis Marina, where you can immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of the harbor. Getting Around
Exploring the islands is effortless from here. The home is located mere steps from the Steamship Authority ferry terminal, making it incredibly easy to embark on memorable day trips to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.
Important Information
Please note that the property contains two separate units. Your apartment and entrance are completely private. The backyard patio and barbecue grill are shared amenities for guests of both units to enjoy.
