Sleeping arrangements
The one-bedroom apartment sleeps up to four guests, featuring a cozy queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. Large windows fill the bedroom with natural light by day, while blackout curtains ensure peaceful rest at night.

Relax in the living room after exploring Nashville’s winter charm. Stream your favorite shows on the TV, enjoy a warm drink on the sofa, or open the balcony door for a breath of cool evening air. The seamless layout provides a comfortable space to unwind before heading out to the nearby nightlife.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Prepare home-cooked meals or brew coffee before setting out for a day of sightseeing. The dining table provides a welcoming space for shared meals with city views.

Bathroom
The bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination along with bathroom essentials such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. A washer and dryer are available for added convenience during longer stays.

Guests have access to shared amenities in the Sentral SoBro building, including a gym, outdoor pool open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and a shared outdoor kitchen. The building also offers an elevator for easy access and paid garage parking available for $35 per night. Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan ensure comfort year-round.

Refunds will not be issued for any amenity that is unavailable or out of service during your stay

Smoking and illegal substances prohibited - Sentral is a smoke and drug free community, including balconies and amenity spaces.

Quiet hours - please be respectful of your neighbors.

Trash - please dispose of all garbage in the appropriate trash chute.

Guests - Only registered guests are permitted on the property and all guests must be listed on the reservation. No parties.

Pets - Visiting pets are not allowed at any time.

Balconies/Patios - Items are not to be hung on balcony rails. No glass on pool-facing balconies and patios.

In efforts to ensure our residents and guests continue to enjoy living in and visiting our community, the rules will be strictly enforced. Violation of these rules may result in a fine and/or being asked to immediately vacate.

There is a key locker system for key retrieval that's simple to use. Instructions will be sent prior to check-in.

Pets – no pets of any kind allowed in the apartment. If noticed the building will fine $500.00 since my unit is not registered as having a pet on premises. You will not receive access to apartment if you have any pets. Guests will not receive refund for stay.*

Lost or unreturned Key Cafe Keys - $300

Building amenities/common spaces are shared with other guests in the building.
