Chillville by Oversee 30A | Perfect in Walton County Awards – Three-Time Diamond Winner – Best Rental Mgmt. 2026, 2025, 2024

Adorable. Charming. Sophisticated. Chillville checks all the boxes for an ultra-fun, beachy getaway. Tucked away in a peaceful Seagrove neighborhood, the exquisite interiors offer plenty of room to spread out.

The garage game room brings the fun indoors with foosball and air hockey, while outside, the massive space is loaded with amenities, featuring a private pool with spillover spa and eye-catching waterspouts, a playground, and a fire pit for evening hangouts. When it’s time to hit the sand, grab one of the four bikes or take a quick five-minute stroll to the sugar-white sand of the Gulf.

Highlights:
📍 Seagrove
🏖️ 5-minute walk to the beach

The spacious, fully equipped kitchen serves as the perfect hub for your group's culinary adventures, with a dining table for six and four more seats at the island. After dinner, kick back in the stylish first-floor living room for a movie or game night. There’s also a half bath nearby.

Finding a quiet place to recharge is a breeze with well-appointed bedrooms on both levels. The first-floor primary suite is luxurious, with a king bed, private bath, double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaker tub.

Head upstairs to a unique second living area, a cozy spot for reading or giving the kids their own hangout space. A guest room with a king bed has its own full bath, while a guest room with a queen bed shares a full bath with the bunk room, complete with a full-over-full bed.

A spectacular space, outside is where Chillville really earns its name. Spend the day in the pool, which includes a spillover spa and delightful waterspouts. Let the kids take over the playground, and rinse off in the outdoor shower after the beach. Fire up the gas grill for dinner, gather around the gas fire pit, and head back to the game room for another round of foosball.

With this much pool, beach, backyard, and game-room fun, Chillville might be the hardest place to leave. Beware of checkout-denial!
