House Guidelines for a Comfortable Stay:

SECURITY DEPOSIT
There is a mandatory Security Deposit of $2,500 per stay - to be released to your card 5 days post-stay. It is a hold on the credit card you provide, not a charge.

PARTIES, EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS:
Please note that parties, events, and commercial photoshoots are not permitted without prior approval, an applicable permit, and additional fees.

SMOKING:
To ensure a clean and pleasant environment, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A fine will be imposed for any discarded cigarette butts.

POOL HEATING
To heat the pool, please request and handle payment at least three days in advance of your stay. We heat to 82 degrees. This means the pool temperature, when heated, will be maintained between 78-82 degrees, depending on outside weather.

CELL SERVICE:
While we strive to provide reliable cell phone service and WiFi, please be aware that availability and quality may vary depending on your service provider. Consider enabling WiFi calling or downloading a VOIP program for added convenience.

ROAD CONDITIONS:
The last half-mile leading up to the house is on a dirt road. While it's easily navigable for most vehicles, sport cars with low ground clearance may encounter minor difficulties. Please be cautious, especially after rain, as roads may have ruts.

DOG-FRIENDLY POLICY:
We're pet lovers and welcome your furry friends! Please note the following guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay:

• Several acres are fenced for added security, but please be mindful that some dogs may attempt to dig under or jump over fences. Extra supervision is recommended.
• Dogs are not permitted on beds or furniture. Cleaning fees will apply if fur is found, starting at $100 for additional cleaning.
• For hygiene reasons, only potty-trained dogs not in heat are allowed.
• Any instances of urine, feces, or blood on beds, furniture, or rugs will result in additional cleaning fees, starting at $100, and any long-lasting damage may be deducted from the security deposit.
• Please clean up after your dog. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in a charge of up to $400 to the security deposit.
