The apartment accommodates up to 8 guests with one King bed, two Queen beds, and one twin-size sleeper sofa. Parties, events, and unregistered overnight visitors are strictly prohibited. Nearby supermarkets and shops are available for additional personal items.

💳 Resort Fee & Security Deposit:
A mandatory resort fee of $30 + tax per night is collected at check-in and includes the resort amenities listed above, including 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella per unit.

A $250 security deposit hold is also authorized at check-in for common-area incidentals. The hold is released after checkout, subject to applicable charges, with bank processing typically taking 3–5 business days.
