Enjoy ocean and garden views from this third floor, corner unit condo in Building C of Kona Pacific! Located in a prime location in the heart of Kailua Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii, this 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo has been completely remodeled. It also offers incredible features unlike many others in the complex. Enjoy an ocean view and cotton candy sunsets from the generous wrap-around lanai. Inside, take advantage of ocean breezes all day with windows on two sides and a window AC unit in the living room for extra comfort on hot days. Kona Pacific has a pool with a designated BBQ area to chef up an island inspired meal (only 1 bbq per unit at any time), beautiful landscaping, library room, one assigned parking space and elevator building access. The condo is furnished with a Cal King bed in main bedroom and a New portable Queen muphy bed thats available for extra guests situated in the living room.
PLEASE NOTE PARKING* Our parking space is a compact parking space located in the garage, Please do not rent a large, oversized car, SUV, etc). Home is furnished and decorated as pictured, some pillows, blanket throws and flowers added for photos. If you need the murphy bed set up upon arrival please message us at least a week prior to let us know.
**Other things to note:
All of our vacation rentals include a basic start-up supply of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, dish soap, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid (ONLY for units that have dishwashers), paper towels, toilet paper. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

With that being said from time to time insects can be present outdoors and sometimes make there way indoors due to our tropical climate here in Hawaii. We share this Information with you folks because we understand insects can be something to be fearful about or can be somewhat of a nuisance to some individuals. We would like to rest assure you that we do schedule pest control services in our very tight schedule do the maximum recommended pest control treatment to not harm people in the house/Condo; which is once a month), it is one of the few cons of the tropical weather. Please know we go above and beyond for all of our guests to make sure to provide the standard maintenance for comfort and an enjoyable time when staying with us here in Hawaii.
