Welcome to our single-level three-bedroom house located near Old Town Scottsdale and within walking distance from Vista Del Camino Park. Our home features a fully fenced yard with a heated pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The master bedroom boasts a ceiling fan, closet, bedside lamps, and a comfy king bed, opening up to the yard with a seating area. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, a ceiling fan, closet, bedside lamps, and direct access to the yard with the pool. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, ceiling fan, USB plug-ins, and also opens up to the yard with the pool. Enjoy cooking in our fully equipped kitchen with cookware essentials provided. The spacious living room offers ample seating with a 55" Smart TV for entertainment. Two parking spots are available on the driveway and street parking in a cul-de-sac. The house also features a full bathroom with all towels and soaps provided, including pool towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer for convenience. Additionally, guests can make use of the BBQ and EV charger during their stay. Welcome to your home away from home!
