This charming 850 sq. ft. cottage is in the heart of Park City. Five minutes walk from Park City Mountain ski area, our cozy retreat has everything you could want for; living area, kitchen, dining / work space, upstairs bedrooms. Upstairs, are 2 gorgeous bedrooms and a beautifully re-modeled bathroom.
The home is right in the heart of the action, yet on a quiet street, opposite the park and a block from the ski area. Never worry about traffic- its a really short walk to everywhere and the bus stop is just outside.
The space has been totally re-modeled this year, with new bathroom, carpeting, painting, beds and mattresses, all finished exceptionally, giving a clean and cozy experience. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a kingsize bed and the second with a queen bed and twin XL bunk over the top. It is super sturdy and fine for 3 adults if required. The bathroom re-model is beautiful with a double vanity and combo shower tub. There is a large washer and drier for your use. Access to Park City's attractions could not be easier. The bus stop is 20yds away, and will take you all over town - to the main street (0.5 miles) or to Park City Mountain, Canyons Village, or Deer Valley. Grocery shopping and liquor store are both a 5 minute walk or bus ride away.
Check-in is simple and easy, with no need to stop at a central office. Go straight to the unit when you arrive in Park City, and enjoy.
The owner lives in the adjacent apartment (and is a fantastic ski instructor if you need one!)
I will be as flexible as I can be, regarding check-in and check-out, depending on other bookings.

This two bedroom one bathroom cottage is the perfect place to launch your Park City adventure. With comfy beds and good quality linens, on a quiet street, you will be prepared for all that Park City has to offer and in the heart of the Park City action. It is a very short walk to the ski slopes (5 min max), and close to restaurants, shopping and family-friendly activities as well as Park City's famous nightlife. For Sundance, this couldn't be in a better location, being central (and walkable) to all the venues and also right on the bus route.
The local Park City transit system is free, extensive and regular. There is a bus stop right outside the condo that will connect you to anywhere in PC, or take you directly to the Park City and Deer Valley base areas as well as shopping and restaurants. The bus service is free and regular. If you do choose to bring a car, there is a private parking space however PLEASE BE WARNED THAT THE CAR MUST BE MOVED ON SNOW DAYS...
