This home has 3 bedrooms with smart televisions and can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably on reservations.

Bedroom 1 - Primary bedroom on the lower level, featuring a King bed, a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 - Located on the lower level near the full bath, this bedroom features a Queen bed.

Bedroom 3 - Perfect for families, this room features bunk beds with a trundle, plus 1 full bed.

BATHROOMS
You'll find 2 full bathrooms and 1 quarter bathroom stocked with clean, hotel-grade towels in this home. One full bath is an en-suite attached directly to the master bedroom. The second full bath is located downstairs near the secondary bedrooms. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances with everything you will need to cook family meals. The dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal before heading out to the slopes. •This home is located in a residential neighborhood. We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we're happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed.

•Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 smoking remediation fee.

•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.

•Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

•Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules. Failure to check out on time will result in a $125 charge. 

•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing additional items needed.
