This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners, and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840) No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES
High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
• Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check Massanutten Village.com or electronic sign at entrance for updates.

ALCOHOL
• No open containers on roads or in common areas.

PETS
• Leash always required when outside.
• Clean up after your pets.

TRASH
• Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
Dumpsters are located just past 4003 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840 on the left in the rear of the owner's pool parking lot.

AWD/4WD highly recommended during inclement weather. Roads do get icy and snowy!

Guests are able to access the pools with this rental but must pay per day upon arriving at the pool for access. Details below:

• Monday - Thursday: $8/per person
• Friday - Sunday: $10/per person
• Recognized national holidays (including those falling Monday - Thursday): $10/per person
• Please note this is for the resort pool only. The water park is a separate attraction and can be booked online or in person to access.

• Pets allowed (up to two dogs for $125/stay)
• No parties allowed. Violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.
• Exterior camera: Installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes.
• Parking: Driveway accommodates up to 5 cars. Street parking: Not allowed.
• Age requirement: Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.

Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.

Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
