🔹 The maximum number of vehicles permitted to park overnight is 4.
🔹 Security cameras are located at the main entrance, driveway, garage, each side of the house, and two locations attached to the pool house/outdoor kitchen. Do not move, cover, tamper with, or remove alarms, security lights, or cameras.
🔹 The garage is NOT available for parking. Do NOT open the garage doors.
🔹 Pool heating is available for an additional fee from March 15 through November 1. When heated, the pool maintains a moderate temperature of approximately 80°F during the day and 75°F at night. The water will not feel hot like a spa but will be gently heated to take the chill off. Pricing varies depending on the time of year, and at least 48 hours' advance notice is required. Please inquire if interested.
🔹 The pool half bathroom and outdoor kitchen are available seasonally from May 15 through November 15.
🔹 This cabin is a smoke-free property, both indoors and outdoors. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fine.

For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required. This cleaning will be scheduled during your stay and is charged at the same rate as the standard cleaning fee. If the property requires additional cleaning due to excessive mess or damage, extra charges may apply.
