Positioned in the Decoplage building along South Beach, Residence PH6 offers an elevated penthouse-style living space with open views of the ocean and Miami Beach skyline. With northern exposure, the residence captures coastal scenery while providing a bright and airy interior environment.

The home provides approximately 1,490 square feet of living space and features two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include one king bed and one queen bed. Inside, the layout includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room area, and a private balcony that allows you to take in the surrounding ocean and city views. A washer and dryer are also located within the residence for added convenience. Bathrooms are prepared with premium toiletries and hospitality-style amenities, while entertainment features include multiple televisions, cable service, and high-speed wireless internet.

Residents of the building have access to several amenities designed to enhance their stay. The property includes a pool overlooking the ocean, a spacious sun deck, a private beach area, a fitness center, and a grocery store located within the building. Parking assistance is also available on-site.

Because of condominium association requirements, reservations should be made at least three weeks before the intended arrival date and include the required application process and deposits.

Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• SECURITY DEPOSIT VIA WIRE TRANSFER WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS RESIDENCE. AMOUNT WILL BE ON FLORIDA LEASE THAT IS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING.
• One complimentary parking spot available in the Valet. For additional cars, Valet service, upon availability, can be obtained directly at the property at the regular valet rate.
• Pets are not permitted in this residence.
• Due to the time involved in the association approval process, for this property, bookings must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the check-in date.
• The association charges tenants a non-refundable application fee and an additional refundable security deposit. Funds are collected after booking has been made.
• There will be a mid-week clean of $275 plus tax required every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary condominium operator.
