You’re minutes to Deer Valley Resort and Park City Main Street, with a free on-demand ski shuttle that picks you up at the front door, hot tub on a secluded back deck, mountain views all around, with movie rooms and pool table/ping pong to ensure great lasting memories!
Spread out across multiple living spaces including two movie rooms, a full game lounge with pool and ping-pong, and a fitness area. After skiing, soak in the hot tub, grill on the deck, and unwind in warm lodge-style living areas perfect for large groups.

Security Deposit Policy
A refundable security deposit of $500 will be collected 2 days prior to your check-in date. This deposit is held to cover any potential damages or policy violations during your stay. It will be automatically released within 2 days after checkout, provided there are no damages or additional charges.
