Check in, exhale. This 2.5-acre private wellness retreat in the Sonoran Desert trades the hotel spa for your own: wellness room, steam showers, gym, and a heated* pool & spa. When you're ready to play: private pickleball court, golf simulator with wet bar, theater & game room. Evenings drift from the outdoor kitchen to the fire-pit to the rooftop deck for a desert sunset. Nearly 8,000 sq ft of newly renovated calm, completely yours.
Most trips need a vacation from the vacation. This one doesn't.
Set on 2.5 private acres in the Sonoran Desert, this newly renovated 8,000 sq ft estate was built around one idea: everything you'd leave a resort to find, and everything you'd never find at one, inside your own gates.
MORNINGS
Wake slow. Coffee on the rooftop deck while the desert lights up. Then a session in the fully equipped gym, followed by a steam shower (there are multiple, so nobody waits their turn).
AFTERNOONS
This is where the retreat becomes a playground. Rally on your private pickleball court, then cool off in the large pool or melt into the spa. Prefer 18 holes? The golf simulator lounge, complete with seating and a wet bar, means tee times are whenever you say they are. Rainy day or too hot outside? The theater & game room has you covered.
THE WELLNESS ROOM
The heart of the house. Massage chairs and professional massage tables make it easy to book an in-home therapist, or simply take turns unwinding. Pair it with a steam shower and you've recreated a five-star spa day without leaving the property.
EVENINGS
Dinner comes off the outdoor kitchen while the sky does its thing. Gather around the fire pit as the desert cools, or take drinks up to the rooftop deck for a sunset you'll be talking about on the drive home.
Newly renovated. Completely private. Designed to send you home more rested than you arrived.
This isn't a house with amenities — it's a wellness resort with bedrooms.
