Welcome to The Desperado, a spacious western-inspired desert modern home designed for group getaways, just a 15-minute drive to the legendary Gorge Amphitheater.

We've thoughtfully designed the home to maximize sleeping options, making it easy for extended families, multiple families traveling together, and concert groups to stay under one roof. The home comfortably sleeps 8-10 adults, with additional sleeping spaces for children, including two king bedrooms (one with narrow RV-style twin bunks), one queen bedroom, a lower-level living room with built-in twin bunks, and a queen sleeper sofa. Please review the detailed “sleeping arrangements” section below, as some bunk spaces are specifically designed for children and shorter guests.

Located in the peaceful Vantage Bay community (still under construction), The Desperado is a new construction 2,130 sq. ft. townhome ideal for groups and families. The interiors are modern, stylish, and comfortable, with fun amenities for everyone.

LUXURY FOR ADULTS, BUT ALSO DESIGNED FOR KIDS:

• Western-themed kid’s hideaway under the stairs (kids must find the secret door to enter!) with couch, books, and play kitchen
• Family friendly board games in the living room and plenty of games/karaoke in the garage whiskey lounge
• Pack & Play, highchair, and kids’ dishware
• Plenty of sleeping spaces: 2 sets of bunk beds and a sleeper sofa pull-out bed

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Desperado is best suited for 8-10 adults, plus children, for a total of 12 guests.

Bedroom 1 – Primary Suite

• King bed (sleeps 2 adults)
• Narrow RV size twin bunk beds (30" wide) designed for children only, due to size and 300 lb. weight limitation (sleeps 2 kids)
• 43" Smart TV
• En suite bathroom with double sinks and large walk-in shower

Bedroom 2

• King bed (sleeps 2 adults)

Bedroom 3

• Queen bed (sleeps 2 adults)

Lower-Level Living Room

• Built-in twin-over-twin bunk beds with standard twin mattresses (sleeps 2 adults whose height can fit a twin size mattress or 2 kids)
• Bunk beds have blackout curtains, reading lights, outlets, and stairs that are easier to climb
• Queen sleeper sofa with a 5" memory foam mattress (sleeps 2 adults or 2 kids)
• All bedrooms feature blackout shades for a restful night's sleep.
• Each adult bed has a medium-feel Helix mattress with a mix of soft down and firm down-alternative pillows

IMPORTANT NOTES

• The primary suite bunk beds are child-sized bunks and are not intended for adult use (due to size and 300 lb. weight limitation)
• The lower-level living room bunk beds are standard twin size and may not be suitable for taller adults (~5’7” or above)

BATHROOMS

• Bathrooms are stocked with hand soap, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hair dryer
• Bathroom 1: Upstairs primary bedroom has adjoining full bathroom with double sinks and a large walk-in shower
• Bathroom 2: Upstairs hallway powder room has good vanity lighting suitable for getting ready, doing makeup, etc.
• Bathroom 3: Lower level has full bathroom with one sink and a tub/shower combo. Shared by all guests sleeping on the lower level, so there are plenty of hooks for everyone’s towels

• Open-concept gourmet kitchen with adjoining dining area designed for group cooking and entertaining

The Vantage Bay neighborhood is a brand new (still under construction) community with sweeping waterfront views of the Columbia River and surrounding foothills. The community offers a park for children, sport court, community pool, and hot tub (open for the season 2 weeks prior to Memorial Day up until 2 weeks after Labor Day). Conveniently located near I-90 and the Vantage Bridge. Vantage is in an area that has frequent high winds.

This is a car-first location: most guests drive to reach attractions and shops. There is no local transit network; walking is practical only within a very small area around the property. Nearest full-service towns for groceries, dining, and car services are: Ellensburg (30–35 miles west on I‑90), Moses Lake (35–45 miles east on I‑90/US‑395), and the Tri‑Cities (Pasco/Kennewick/Richland) region (~55–70 miles southeast). Car rental and ride-hailing options are available from larger towns/airports but are limited or absent in Vantage itself.

• No pets are allowed
• This property is equipped with exterior security cameras that are clearly visible and outdoors only
• Due to geological factors, high winds are frequent in this part of the state, especially in the evening. This causes sand/gravel to blow and sometimes pile in the outdoor spaces. The outdoor furniture is weighted down to withstand the wind but be sure not to leave anything outside so it doesn't blow away!
• This is a high desert location, where a variety of birds, deer, elk, rabbit, bighorn sheep and coyote are commonly found here. In spring and summer, lizards and snakes, such as the gopher snake and the northern pacific rattlesnake can occasionally make an appearance. There are also a variety of bugs that can be kept out of the house by keeping the doors and windows shut.
