• NO Outside Music of Any Kind Per City of Anaheim Code
• NO Outside Noise Between 10 pm and 9 am Per City Code. You Must Be Inside During This Time
(These Quiet Hours Also Apply to the Game Room in the Garage)
• NO Cancellation Refunds Within 60 Days of Arrival (Travel Insurance Recommended)
• NO Smoking Inside the Home or In the Front Yard. Smoking Permitted in Rear Yard w/Conditions
• NO Adults on Upper Bunk Beds, Only Suitable for Children or Small Teens
• A signed Contract, Guest List, and ID are Required for Booking
