This luxury sixth-floor beachfront condo is one of only a few that offers spectacular views, new white reclining furniture, and memory foam mattresses that are less than two years old.
New smart TVs throughout.
There is free INDOOR PARKING.
Reclining sofas with ocean vistas and a 4 seat balcony overlook the gulf and the amazing pools. A custom built heating fireplace was also recently added. The living room and all 3 bedrooms have their own smart TVs. High speed Internet makes it easy to work or play games from this unit. This condo also offers beach access without crossing a highway or street. We also provide a variety of beach toys and chairs in the bunk bedroom closet.
The primary bathroom has an oversized Jacuzzi for relaxation after a full day at the beach. There is also a stackable washer and dryer in the hallway bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy for preparing meals, or you may prefer to visit one of the nearby, local restaurants.
