We really enjoyed great family time at the Diamond by the Sea. The large table allowed us to all sit together for meals. We roasted s'mores out by the fire pit and ordered lobster from the nearby co-op for a great meal. We loved the chess corner, used the popcorn machine and watched a few movies, and liked playing foosball. We enjoyed the proximity to the Schoodic Peninsula of Acadia and stopped for a few hikes further north. Phillip's local guide was helpful for choosing spots to eat and hike. Overall, a nice property for a relaxing vacation.

Our stay at Diamond by the Sea was amazing. My wife and I had been planning on getting married in Acadia park and spent a long time looking for a house to stay at for our time up north. We needed something big enough to accommodate our friends and family that were joining us for our special day. We also like to stay in a more private area when we travel. This house checked all of our boxes, the views from the house were amazing. There was more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. The hot tub was perfect after long days in Bar Harbor. If you don’t mind a little driving, less than an hour, to get into Bar Harbor this house is more than worth the stay. Highly recommend it, and our host Phillip was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Great stay, great memories.

Thank you for hosting us at this amazing property. The house was newly remodeled so everything was in great shape. Everyone enjoyed the house and its design, especially the cool little surprises we found throughout the premises: stairs lighting up and the popcorn machine. The property offered amazing views of the harbor and a nice, peaceful space outside to unwind. Quick communication with the host regarding any questions. Thank you for the unforgettable experience!
