Welcome to Bucky & Doe Doe’s Place, a cozy three-level mountain cabin tucked into the peaceful Coosawattee River Resort in Ellijay, Georgia.

Surrounded by trees, mountain-valley scenery, and the possibility of seeing deer wander through the property, this is the kind of getaway where you can slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the simple things—morning coffee on the deck, afternoons by the pool or river, evenings in the hot tub, and s’mores around the fire.

And yes, your dog is invited too! 🐾

The Space

Step inside and you'll immediately feel the mountain-cabin charm. Warm hardwood floors, exposed tongue-and-groove walls and ceilings, leather furnishings, and a beautiful stone hearth create a cozy space to settle in after a day of exploring.

The living room features a gas fireplace, comfortable seating, Smart TV, and WiFi—perfect for relaxing when you're ready to put your feet up.

The kitchen is equipped for real meals, with stainless steel appliances, a five-burner gas range, center island, and bar seating. Gather around the dining table for six, then step outside to fire up the gas grill. Drip coffee maker provided. (Bring your own coffee).

Upstairs there is a loft area with seating and large smart tv.

Relax on the covered decks with comfortable lounge furniture and Adirondack chairs, or head downstairs to the private 5-person hot tub.

Keep an eye out for the local wildlife—deer are frequent visitors to the area, and we've even provided a little corn for guests who enjoy watching them from the property.
