Sleeping arrangements
Designed for up to six guests, the apartment includes one bedroom with a full-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The living area features a second full-sized bed and a sofa bed, providing flexible sleeping options for families or small groups. A smart TV and cozy seating make it easy to relax after a day in Music City.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and all the essentials you need for simple home cooking. Enjoy breakfast or dinner at the dining table before heading out to experience Nashville’s entertainment or returning for a quiet evening indoors.

Building amenities
Guests can enjoy The Burnham’s shared amenities, including a pool overlooking the courtyard, a two-level fitness center with exercise equipment, a yoga studio, and the Sky Lounge, located just steps from your suite. The building also offers outdoor fire pits, BBQ grills, and an outdoor dining area, providing inviting spaces to gather year-round.

Practical comforts
The apartment includes air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace, making it ideal for leisure or remote work. A washer and free dryer offer added convenience, while essentials such as towels, linens, and toiletries are provided. Three elevators and stairways make access easy throughout the building.

Safety and security
The property includes smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and exterior security cameras located in common areas for guest safety and peace of mind.

Parking
Reserved parking is available inside the building for an additional nightly fee, with nearby paid options also available.

Parking: We have ONE reserved parking space available inside the building for an additional $35/night. The Parking Pass must be displayed on the dash, pass facing upward so the number is easily visible - if these directions are not followed your car will be booted immediately at the guests expense! Extra vehicles can park in guest parking or a nearby parking lot for $35-$50/night (first come, first served and paid daily by parking meter).

The property is keyless. Prior to arrival you will need to download the LATCH App. Latch will be your virtual key to get access to your unit, amenities, elevators, stairwells, and entrance into the building from street and parking garage.

If you plan to arrive prior to check-in or leave later than your check-out time and need a place to store your baggage, Baggage Bellhop is available onsite 7 days/ week 9AM-5PM.

Please note that our very convenient location does mean that some noise may be experienced during your stay and other variables may be out of our control such as public events, nearby construction, or building amenity closures.

Please Note: While we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we are not responsible for the maintenance or availability of building amenities such as the pool, gym, elevator, or laundry facilities, as these are managed by the building. Refunds will not be issued for any amenity that is unavailable or out of service during your stay

Building Rules
Please understand that this building has a strict, NO WARNINGS GIVEN, rule policy with applicable fines. Fines are charged immediately to me as the unit owner and will be passed down to the guest(s) accordingly if an offense occurs. Security and building staff are monitoring at all times.

1. Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on premises including balconies, pool area, courtyard, sky deck, etc. $500.00 fine per occurrence and legal notice.
2. No glass of any kind by the pool - $500.00 fine per occurrence and prohibited from returning to the pool area.
3. Building quiet hours – 10:00pm CST – 7:00am CST $200.00 fine per noise complaint occurrence during this time.
4. Pool hours are 10:00am-8:00pm CST – Fine of $100.00 per person if caught in this area after hours.
5. Pets – no pets of any kind allowed in the apartment. If noticed the building will fine $500.00 since my unit is not registered as having a pet on premises. You will not receive access to apartment if you have any pets including service animals. Guest will not receive refund for stay.*
6. Lost or unreturned parking pass - $25 to replace

Building amenities/common spaces are shared with other guests in the building.

PLEASE NOTE: there are security cameras present in the common areas of the building. They are located in the following areas: courtyard, parking areas, collective, lobby, sky lounge and pool.
