Loft Bedroom: Unwind in the queen bed, complete with a luxury foam mattress and quality linens for a restful night's sleep.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the cookware needed to prepare a meal. A dining area for two is also provided.
Bathrooms: You'll have a full bathroom plus a convenient half-bath, stocked with fresh towels and initial toiletries.
Laundry: An in-unit washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

Mandatory Background Check & ID Verification
To comply with building security regulations, all guests must complete a verification process before check-in. This is a simple formality that is critical for your stay.
Requirement: You must provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and pass a secure criminal background check (no SSN required). The primary guest must complete the background check, and the secondary guest must submit a government ID.
Process: After booking, you will receive a link from our trusted platform, SuiteOp, with step-by-step instructions. For same-day bookings, this must be completed within one hour.
Booking Confirmation: Your booking is contingent upon passing this verification. We reserve the right to cancel reservations that do not meet this criteria. If you refuse to complete the check, no refund will be issued, and access will be denied.
Check-In & Keys
Concierge Hours: The concierge desk is available 24/7, except on Sundays and Mondays.
Late Arrivals (Sun/Mon): If you plan to arrive after 11 PM on a Sunday or Monday, you must notify us by 8 PM on your check-in day. The garage staff will assist with your check-in. Failure to notify us will result in you being unable to check in until 7 AM the next morning.
Key Pickup: The primary guest listed on the booking must pick up the key in person and present a valid ID. Each unit is limited to one key/fob; we cannot issue extras.
Property Disclaimers
Parking: Parking is not included. The building offers paid valet parking services ($32.00 for up to 24 hours) with the option to prepay (onsite) for in-and-out privileges. Additionally, a limited number of EV charging stations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Nearby parking lots also provide daily rates between $20 and $24.
Bengals Game: Please note that during Bengals home games, parking rates may increase significantly and can go up to $50.
Construction Noise: There is ongoing construction outside the building. You may experience some noise during standard business hours. Evenings and nights remain peaceful.
Amenity Availability: Building amenities may be temporarily closed for maintenance or safety reasons without prior notice. These situations are beyond our control.
Marijuana Odor: While our unit is strictly smoke-free, marijuana is legal in Ohio. You may occasionally notice odors in the building's common areas that are beyond our control.
Unit Appearance: The photos are representative of the apartment's style and quality. The exact layout and décor may differ slightly.
Packages: Building management does not accept or hold packages for guests.
Supplies: We provide an initial supply of consumables. Guests are responsible for their own refills.
Smart TV: You are welcome to use your own login credentials for streaming services on the Smart TV. Please remember to log out before you check out.
Security: For your safety, outdoor security cameras are present on the property. There are no cameras inside the apartment.
