Everything is new, but there's also a good old-fashioned warm-welcome! This 5 bedroom property was built in 2022 and is designed specifically with large group hosting in mind. This three-story home has over 2,500 sq feet of space just blocks away from downtown. It is fully equipped with Fiber Gigabyte Internet Speeds & desks in the king bedrooms as well. The private heated pool is a perfect way to escape from the Texas heat before heading out and enjoying the city!
This is a meticulously furnished, 5 bedroom urban oasis house. The main level is an open-concept space with seating available for everyone. Directly out the kitchen’s double sliding back doors is a private heated pool oasis to rest, relax and cool down before heading out onto the town.
Sleeping rooms are on the second & third floors of the property.
The second floor has 1 master bedroom with a king bed, walking closet, and en suite bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms on the second floor each equipped with 4 bunkbeds and share a Jack & Jill bathroom.
The third floor has two King Bedrooms that share a well-designed bathroom. The northern king bedroom has a small balcony where guests can enjoy an exquisite view of the downtown Austin City Skyline.

The East Side is one of Austin's trendiest neighborhoods. It's full of incredible bars and famous restaurants like Franklin's and Ramen Tatsuya, and it's just minutes from Rainey Street, 6th Street, Downtown, and Lady Bird Lake. The property includes 1 Master King Bedroom with bathroom en suite, one Queen bedroom with shared bathroom to the main level, an open concept kitchen/living room, and additional rooftop terrace.
This property is only rented in tandem/unison with this larger front property. So this means you can always upgrade a later date if you need 2 extra bedrooms for your party.
