September 2025

This house was absolutely perfect for our large group stay. Daniel was consistently responsive within seconds whenever we had a question about the property. The houses are both very nice and the pool is outstanding. Oasis is a very appropriate name, the backyard and pool sit between the main house and guest house and is the perfect gathering place for the group. The location is also prime as we were walking distance from most of the bars and restaurants we spent the weekend at. It is also a very short car ride to downtown and University of Texas campus, which made our gameday experience seamless. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would give it the highest possible recommendation for anyone looking for a great spot to host a large group in Austin. The host, the house, and the location are spot on perfect.

Daniel was such an accommodating host and the space was perfect for my group of 16! Wonderful spot to host a bachelorette party. It was walkable to coffee shops and quick bites and a quick drive to busy parts of town.

December 2024

House was perfect for our large group of 16. The host provided great local recommendations and we could walk to numerous restaurants. We booked both houses which was perfect for larger groups. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were all squeaky clean. The pool in the middle was excellent for entertaining the kids.
