Check out the abstract art, stained concrete floors, and high ceilings of this open-concept home. Everything's new, but there's also a good old-fashioned welcome for large groups, thanks to two living rooms, two kitchens, and any number of luxuries.
This is actually two separate buildings with an open patio with recess lighting that are rented together. This property has over 3,000 sq ft of total space located just blocks away from downtown with Gigabyte Internet Speeds.

Feel free to text or call Carlos at anytime and he'll be happy to help you plan your trip, find the best places to go dancing, pick the right restaurants, and he'll even call ahead to night clubs for you and help you get a table and a free bottle or two.
The East Side is one of Austin's trendiest neighborhoods. It's full of incredible bars and famous restaurants like Franklin's and Ramen Tatsuya, and it's just minutes from Rainey Street, 6th Street, and Downtown.
Austin hosts a variety of transportation options including hundreds of bicycles and electric scooters that can be rented by the minute and parked anywhere. For longer trips, we suggest Uber and Lyft. Renting a vehicle for the weekend is unnecessary unless you have longer trips outside of central Austin.
This space is 2 houses on one lot separated by a small courtyard. One 3 bedroom/2.5 bath and another 2 bedroom/2.5 bath.
Early check-in may be possible if a prior guest is not checking out the same day. Inquire the day before your arrival if you wish to check-in before 3pm. Please note that there is an additional $50 fee to compensate against fees charged by our cleaning service for scheduling modifications.

We aim to have a simple and easy check in process. All guests will be messaged a unique code to the smart lock 3 days before your stay. You will be able to check in and out seamlessly.

Plenty of coffee shops, Art galleries, vintage boutiques, and more mixed with Mexican restaurants and BBQ joints. The Tejano Walking Trail honors the neighborhood’s music pioneers, while the Mexican-American Cultural Center stands nearby in the Historic District.
A short walk takes you to the vibrant nightlife and live music scene of Rainey Street or to the live music fun of east 6th street. There are plenty of food trucks nearby to leave you spoiled for choice.
