Unit 1 can be access from East 3rd Street through a locked gate, while Unit 2 can be access through the back alley between East 3rd and East 2nd streets.

Both homes connect with a gate in between with private outdoor space within a fenced in yard.

We're local and happy to give recommendations, but otherwise we'll leave you to enjoy your stay! We offer self check-in and are available by message if you need anything.

Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book and stay at this property. The primary guest booking the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.

No parties or events unless explicit permission is received. To keep the property (and the neighbors) happy, fireworks are not allowed.

Please be informed in advance about the PAID parking of the UNIT 1. The unit 2 has its own designated driveway parking area for free. You'll be given an instructions on how to secure and pay your parking fee the day before your check-in. It'll be included in the check-in instructions.
