A two-level deck framing panoramic North Georgia mountain views sets the tone at this four-bedroom Ellijay home — a hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor bar round out a property built for both gathering and quiet, sleeping up to 10 guests.
Minutes from downtown Ellijay, with views that make staying in just as appealing.
ARRIVAL & FIRST IMPRESSIONS
Set in the North Georgia mountains, the home opens into bright, open-concept living spaces where panoramic views are visible from nearly every room. The two-level deck extends that view outward, giving the property a genuine sense of scale.
THE LIVING SPACES
The main living room is anchored by a 60" smart TV, an indoor fireplace, and a large plush sofa, with direct deck access that keeps the indoor and outdoor spaces connected throughout the day.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked and built for real cooking — high-end stainless appliances, a large refrigerator, and ample cabinetry and counter space. Both drip and Keurig coffee makers cover the mornings.
THE SUITES
The home offers four bedrooms sleeping up to 10 guests.
Bedroom 1: King bed, dedicated workspace, direct deck access, private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower
Bedroom 2: King bed, plush seating, direct deck access, private ensuite bathroom with standalone tub and walk-in shower
Bedroom 3: King bed, direct deck access, private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower
Bedroom 4: Two bunk beds, vanity area
Bedroom 2's standalone tub sets it apart as the property's natural primary suite, with deck access that makes it easy to step outside for the view.
YOUR PRIVATE GROUNDS
The expansive deck is the property's defining feature, with an outdoor patio offering its own fireplace and TV alongside a hot tub and fire pit for evenings outside. An outdoor bar with BBQ grill, a pool table, and cornhole round out a space with genuine range for both relaxing and entertaining.
THE SURROUNDING AREA
Historic Downtown Ellijay is about six miles away for shops, antiques, and a genuine small-town mountain feel, and the Cartecay River offers tubing and kayaking close by. Known as the Apple Capital of Georgia, the area's orchards — including B.J. Reece Orchards and Hillcrest Orchards — are a worthwhile day trip, and Fort Mountain State Park offers hiking and forest trails about thirteen miles out. For dinner, The Roof brings rooftop dining with mountain views, and The Butcher and Bottle offers a more elevated, locally sourced menu — with Back Porch Bistro, Cantaberry Restaurant, and Ellijay Wood Fired Pizza rounding out a strong set of casual downtown options.
