As you arrive, ample street parking awaits, and should you desire, a convenient carport is at your disposal. Enter through the side entrance, just around the corner from our driveway, and prepare to embark on a journey of pure bliss.

Spanning a generous 4300 square feet, this spacious and luminous haven offers an open and airy layout that effortlessly accommodates up to 14 people. High ceilings elevate your senses, striking a perfect balance between expansive roominess and cozy intimacy.

Now, let's talk amenities! We've left no stone unturned in ensuring your utmost comfort. From the essentials like an iron, blow dryer, towels, and soap, to the thoughtful extras including napkins, a high chair, pack & play, and even oxygen (yes, we go above and beyond!). Your needs are our top priority.

Ellum House is truly captivating, so much so that you may find yourself longing to extend your stay indefinitely. We've had guests ask—just kidding! (But seriously, it's that amazing.)

FIRST FLOOR: YOGA STUDIO & BEDROOMS

As you step inside, be greeted by our indoor zen garden and yoga studio, setting the tone for tranquility. The adjacent kitchenette, fully stocked with beverages, invites you to indulge as you begin your exploration. A large sliding door leads you to the inviting pool area. To the left, discover two welcoming bedrooms. The corridor reveals a queen-size bed on the right, and a large shared bathroom on the left, while a seamless wood-paneled door conceals a hidden gem—a king-size jr master suite with a spacious walk-in closet and a private patio with pool view, where relaxation takes on a whole new meaning.

A washer and dryer are also available behind our hidden door to the left of the kitchenette. Simply push the door on the right to open. Washing detergent is made available.

Ascend to the second floor and immerse yourself in the open, light-filled living area. Unwind on the comfortable sectional and accent chairs, while a large smart TV (bring your own login and enjoy any app) mounted on the wall and an inset fireplace create the perfect ambiance for relaxation. Step out onto the balcony and soak in the stunning city view. Our rocking chair is a favorite along with a couch that accommodates a smaller group.

Kitchen

The kitchen, seamlessly connected to the living room, boasts a large quartz countertop and is fully equipped with all the cookware, dinnerware, and culinary essentials you need to unleash your inner chef. Enjoy family meals or group gatherings at the spacious dining table that seats 8 with its mesmerizing city vista.

Conveniently located off the kitchen corridor, you'll find a refreshing powder room where you can rejuvenate and freshen up.

THIRD FLOOR: GAME ROOM

Enter our social gaming paradise on the third floor—a haven for both kids and competitive adults. Engage in classic board games, exercise your brain with chess, or indulge in everyone's favorite guessing game, Taboo. Card game enthusiasts will find high-quality playing cards and Poker chips, while the pool table caters to those with excellent hand-eye coordination. With a large smart TV rounding out the entertainment, this floor offers both distance from the activity downstairs and a connection to the communal space through its overlooking vantage point.

FOURTH FLOOR: MASTER BEDROOM & BUNK BEDROOM

Master Bedroom

Journey to the upper floors, where the master bedroom awaits with its opulent king-size bed and en-suite bathroom fit for royalty. The twin nightstands with reading lights, a walk-in closet, and a private balcony overlooking the city complete the regal ambiance. A walk-in closet includes all the conveniences and a touch of home for your trip. The en-suite bathroom comes equipped with towels, washcloths, and toiletries. The private balcony is your own personal haven where you can enjoy the city view and our zen garden.

Bunk Bedroom

You will have access to the entire home and property, except for two locked owners' closets. Entry to the premises is granted through a keypad on the front gate and front door. A unique code will be provided in your check-in email, ensuring a seamless and secure arrival process.

The home is in the neighborhood of Deep Ellum on a quiet street with homes and local nonprofits. The location is central to Uptown, Arts District, Downtown, Deep Ellum, and a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, museums, and parks in the area.

We're conveniently located a block away from Tom Thumb if you want to pick up groceries.

We offer private parking in our carport or in the driveway. We can accommodate up to 2 cars (sedans or small SUVs). There's also plenty of street parking that is just as convenient. We're also a block away from DART which can take you almost anywhere in the city.

GOOD TO KNOW

Ellum House spans four floors with stairs throughout. If stairs are a concern, we recommend exploring other options in the area.

Deep Ellum is one of Dallas's most vibrant entertainment districts — live music, bars, and restaurants are steps from the front door. It's a big part of what makes the location special, and it means the neighborhood is lively, particularly on weekend nights. Light sleepers or guests traveling with young children should keep this in mind when booking.
