Policies & House Rules Smoking & Parties: Strictly prohibited. Violation leads to fees and possible deposit loss. Visitor Policy: Overnight guests must be listed at booking. The total persons in the house must not exceed 14 at any time. Security Cameras: Exterior only (front of property + ring doorbell). No indoor cameras. Check-In & Check-Out: Early Check-In: $100 (subject to availability within 2 days of arrival) Late Check-Out: $100 (subject to availability within 2 days of departure) Unapproved Late Check-Out: $300 fee Additional Notes: AC Usage: Day ~75 °F, Night ~69-75 °F to avoid overload Refunds: Not provided for inoperable appliances, adverse weather, or natural disasters Issue Reporting: Guests must report any issues within 24 hours of check-in for resolution Pool/Jacuzzi & Grill Fees: Access to pool heater & jacuzzi: $125/day (minimum 2 days) We have an outdoor grill available for you to enjoy during your stay.
