Guest Access: Full access to all areas of the property during your stay Parking available on the driveway, limited to 2 cars with street parking. Garage is inaccessible for guests and is for private use only. Don’t park in a neighbor’s parking space as you may risk being towed Smart lock on the front door for easy access with a unique code provided Ensure street parking is aligned with the traffic flow for safety The driveway allows for two cars and there is street parking. Driving: Access to Major Highways I-610 (The Loop) and I-45 Public Transit: METRO Bus Service METRORail Ridesharing: Uber/Lyft: Readily available with short wait times For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are installed for 24-hour surveillance. Please note that there are no cameras inside the home, and there is only one camera located at the front of the property. A Ring doorbell camera is also present at the front door. Due to nearby open lots, occasional bugs may appear. While we regularly treat the property, sightings inside or wildlife in the yard won’t result in refunds. Other Things to Note: Refundable deposit fee required for most stays of $1,000 Deposit serves as a holding fee, similar to a hotel deposit Deposit will be automatically refunded after your stay and is not an additional charge Check-in time is at 4 pm, and check-out time is at 10 am. EARLY CHECK-INS: Guests can request early check-ins within 2 days of their arrival. Please note that early check-in is not guaranteed, and we are unable to approve early check-ins outside of this 2-day window. If early check-in is available, guests will be charged a fee of $25 per hour until the normal check-in time. Early check-ins will not be allowed before 8 am. LATE CHECK-OUTS: Guests can request late check-outs within 2 days of their departure. Please note that late checkouts are not guaranteed, and we are unable to approve late check-outs outside of this 2-day window. If late check-out is available, guests will be charged a fee of $25 per hour after the normal 10 am check-out time. Late checkouts will not be allowed past 2 pm. Unauthorized late check-out incurs a $300 fee, deducted from the deposit, to ensure timely cleaning for incoming guests. In hot Houston summers, please keep the AC at 75°F during the day and no lower than 69°F at night to prevent damage. -PLEASE READ- Please note that refunds will not be provided due to inoperable appliances, amenities, internet/Wi-Fi, etc. We make every reasonable effort to ensure these items are in good working order. Refunds will not be given in cases of power blackouts, water shortages, flooding, adverse weather conditions, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuations by county officials due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of God or nature. Guests must notify the host of any deficiencies or issues within 24 hours of check-in and provide a reasonable amount of time for the host to address and rectify the issue. Guests will have interaction with our team at all hours of the day until 11 PM. Know before you go: No smoking indoors. Quiet hours are 9 pm-9 am. Outdoor amenities may be used quietly until 11 pm. Late check-outs may be requested within 24 hours of departure, but approval is not guaranteed and cannot extend past 12 pm. Unapproved late check-out incurs a $150 fee. Outdoor grill available. Guests are asked to clean it after use; our staff will handle deep cleaning. Propane tanks are provided; if a refill is needed, guests may exchange at a nearby store.
