We were a group of 12 and rented both sides of the duplex. Both units were spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the towels were fresh and clean, and every detail of the home was immaculate. Sandy was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and accommodating. She even kindly allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. Our entire group felt right at home during our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. Thank you, Sandy, for making our trip so enjoyable!

this home was a great experience!! my 9 guests (and extra visitors that didn’t stay the night) made themselves right at home at this location! you have access to both duplexes, and there were many spots in the home to lounge at. usually with recently listed new airbnb’s, i tend to be a bit wary, but with the host sandy being so responsive and attentive, i felt so reassured with what i booked and the information that was being given to me. there weren’t any complications with the utilities, and everything was well kept and cleaned. we were 10 minutes away from the location my guests and i would go out to both nights, and since it’s only about 10 minutes from the downtown bar/club area, ubers are fairly cheap! overall, sandy made this experience a 10/10 for my guests and i, and we are forever grateful to be in her home. highly recommend!!
