Early check-in / late check-out available, based on availability

No smoking/vaping indoors of any kind; $1,000 cleaning fee applies for smoke/vapor odor

Up to two dogs for a flat fee of $600

Sub-tropical climate means occasional insects — please keep doors closed as a precaution
