Please note: any event involving an outside caterer, or exceeding the home's standard guest capacity, requires prior approval and the event fee. Early check-in / late check-out available, based on availability

No smoking/vaping indoors of any kind; $1,000 cleaning fee applies for smoke/vapor odor

Up to two dogs for a flat fee of $600

Sub-tropical climate means occasional insects — please keep doors closed as a precaution

• Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am. While we support you having fun, we are in a residential neighborhood and want to be respectful of our neighbors!

• Trash Bin Location : Our trash bins are located at the end of the driveway, outside the front white fence along the street. If you need to use the bins during your stay, please return them to this exact location after use.
