Escape the Winter to Spanish Villa #54 Across from Beach Access

Very cute apartment, clean, great location, comfortable bed. Management was communicative and responsive. We stayed for a month and it was perfect for the two of us plus dog. Dog park next door attracted a nice crowd. Our one warning for others: Most of the units in the complex are under renovation from storms. So, there was some noise (not constant) and a lot of debris in the outdoor areas as well as workers coming and going. We weren’t really on vacation so didn’t bother us too much but if you are renting soon you should be aware. Hopefully all will be done soon.

This stay was exactly what we were looking for. Very close to beach access, easy parking, right next to a dog park and pet friendly. We appreciated the cleanliness. The pictures are a perfect depiction of the stay. The kitchen is stocked with what you need to cook/eat but the fridge was completely empty so just FYI if you are planning for a longer stay make sure you bring the things you need! The host reached out during our stay to make sure we were comfortable which was also appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!
