Exquisite, One of a Kind Property in Downtown SLC

Andrew is a great host! We had a minor issue with TV and he immediately responded and had a new TV delivered and installed. Great communication and always available. The house is beautiful, located in one of the best neighborhoods in Salt Lake City. We enjoyed the entire stay greatly. Highly recommended!

One of the best attributes of Airbnb is you get to experience living in another person's environment. In this case it was a wonderful experience staying in a vintage house filled with beautiful art and furnishings. The house is truly a joy to experience the exquisite taste of the owners. From the vintage tile work and wood doors to the mix of modern and period furniture everything was lovely. The house is in a residential neighborhood a few blocks from the Utah State Capital. It sits high on a hill overlooking SLC and well situated to get to various locations in town. The bedrooms are separated by French doors to the living room. Both beds are very comfortable and with reading lights. Another plus is the central air conditioning kept the entire house cool and comfortable.

I enjoyed a terrific 3 nights here. The apartment is extremely spacious, the furnishings are tv-binge-worthy-comfortable, the kitchen is super well equipped with tons of counter space and the valley view from the kitchen/dining area is beautiful. While I was there everything worked perfectly including the central heat/ac system and there was bountiful hot water for the shower. The only (extremely minor) quibble I had was that restaurants and/or groceries are not within easy walking distance. Other than that, this place is spectacular.
