• A pet fee of $125 per pet applies per reservation. All pets must be house-trained and non-shedding. Pets that do not meet these requirements are not permitted. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets throughout their stay and are financially responsible for any damage or additional cleaning costs resulting from their pets. Cats are not permitted under any circumstances due to common guest allergies
• The pool is heated year-round at no additional charge
• A non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable damage deposit is required prior to check-in; deposits are returned after checkout provided no damage is reported
• A propane tank is provided with the grill, however guests are responsible for propane during their stay. We do not guarantee a full tank at check-in. If you run out, we're happy to reimburse the cost of a refill — simply send us a screenshot of the receipt
• Primary guest must be 21+
• Quick pre-arrival verification required before check-in
• Pool serviced weekly; occasional natural debris may occur due to Florida weather
• Long-stay discounts: 15% weekly, 35% monthly — ideal for 30–90 day assignments, relocations, and extended stays
• Guests who wishlist the home before booking receive priority early check-in approval (when available) and a $25 credit after their completed stay
• Early check-in / late check-out available when scheduling allows
• For stays of 14+ nights, a mid-stay cleaning may apply
• Exterior cameras are located outside for guest and property safety
