Spa heating (hot tub style) without pool heating is $25/night or $100/week. If desired, please request heating prior to check-in.
For those looking for a first floor bedroom, our large queen bedroom is perfect! Adjacent to the full bathroom and kitchen, you will find this to be the perfect sanctuary.
Super-fast Gigabit Wi-Fi is available throughout the home and backyard patio.

Guest bedroom 1 has a comfortable queen bed. Bedroom two has a twin bed with a pull-out twin trundle. Bedroom three has twin bunkbeds, a fully stocked kids play kitchen, coloring supplies, a variety of kids/infant toys, puzzles and books as well as kid-sized pillows and hangers.

And for Cubs fans (Go Cubs!), Sloan Park and Wrigleyville West are 15 min away (30 min on game day and 45 if you're swinging by Portillo's on the way).
Please note that we have a pool service that cleans the pool and spa adjusts the chemicals twice a week. They typically arrive at the property every Monday and Thursday between 6:00 am and 10:00 am and are there for about 10 minutes. Guests do not need to be present for service and the operator knows to keep noise to a minimum. Landscaping service arrives every Saturday between 9:00 am and noon and work for about 15 minutes.
