The Farmhouse at Haven Forest is designed for families and groups to feel comfortable — not cramped. There’s space to gather when you want to be together, and space to spread out when you need some alone time.

Guests have access to the entire farmhouse and the full 30-acre property, including trails, pond, waterfall/rock wall area, backyard hangout space, covered outdoor dining, and yard game areas.

There are no restrictions on where you can roam — but a waiver is required due to natural hazards on the land (see “Other details to note”).

Safety & property notes (please read):

• The Farmhouse at Haven Forest features a beautiful, natural environment, which includes inherent outdoor risks. A waiver is required prior to arrival due to:

  • Cliff lines / steep drop-offs

  • A 2-acre lake (swimming and fishing allowed)

  • Rock wall areas

  • Wildlife and uneven terrain

  • Children must be supervised outdoors at all times near cliffs, the lake, and the rock wall area.

Waterfall note:

The waterfall is seasonal and flow varies based on rainfall/season. Trails can be muddy or slick after rain.

Exterior camera disclosure:

There is one exterior camera at the front door doorbell station for guest security and to assist with entry if needed. Guests can view who is at the front door from the Ecobee thermostat. There are no cameras inside.
