Field House is one of four homes on Carter Bridge Estate, seventy private acres in East Durham. Book this home alone, two side-by-side townhomes with six bedrooms and six baths, sleeping 16, or reserve the full estate for up to 52 guests. Two private hot tubs and a back deck at the house, with a tennis court, playground, two stocked ponds, and a banquet hall with commercial kitchen across the grounds. Windham, Hunter, and Zoom Flume are minutes away.

This property features two side-by-side townhomes, each with a private keypad entry. Guests move between units by stepping outside, and the full property, both Left and Right, is included in your reservation for maximum space and privacy.

▪️ The dock sits in roughly three feet of water. No diving. The lake drops to between ten and thirty feet beyond the dock
▪️ Lake and dock use is unsupervised; guests swim and paddle at their own risk. Life vests are stored in the outdoor storage by the exit

TRAVEL TIPS: COUNTRY BASICS
▪️ Store food properly; mice and ants are common in rural settings
▪️ Use bug spray and check for ticks daily
▪️ Avoid contact with poison ivy and oak
▪️ Keep food and trash secured; deer, bears, and foxes are part of the landscape

GUEST GUIDELINES
▪️ Check-in after 4 PM, checkout by 11 AM
▪️ Primary guest must be 25 or older and present for the full stay
▪️ No parties or unapproved visitors; violations incur a $1,500 fee
▪️ No smoking, vaping, or drug use; violations incur a $500 fee plus cleaning costs
▪️ Children must be supervised at all times near the water and on the stairs
▪️ Guests are liable for damage or missing items
▪️ Furniture, décor, and amenities may not be moved or removed
▪️ Quiet hours run 10 PM to 7 AM
▪️ Report any issues within 24 hours of arrival
▪️ Open fires outside designated pits are prohibited and subject to a $5,000 state fine
