Fisher Island 15611 is a spacious three-bedroom oceanfront residence offering approximately 2,500 square feet of refined coastal living. Positioned directly along the shoreline, the suite captures sweeping views of the Atlantic from its primary living spaces and bedrooms, creating a true waterfront experience.
The primary suite features a king bed oriented toward the ocean, allowing you to wake up to open water vistas each morning. Its marble ensuite bathroom includes both a soaking tub and a separate shower.
A secondary guest room with a queen bed also enjoys beautiful views, while the third bedroom is arranged with a twin bed and twin trundle ideal for additional guests or children. The second full bathroom is accessed through this room.
The oversized kitchen provides ample space for cooking and entertaining, whether preparing meals yourself or arranging for a private chef. The open layout supports relaxed gatherings while maintaining a comfortable residential feel suited for extended stays.
Beyond the residence, Fisher Island offers an exceptional private community setting with landscaped walking paths, a marina, pool, and hot tub. Access to the Fisher Island Club is available through a required temporary membership. This membership unlocks a wide range of amenities, including a private white sand beach, spa services, fine dining venues, nightlife, boutique shopping, golf, and additional recreational facilities.
A daily membership fee of $150 plus tax covers two adults and children under 18. Additional guests aged 18 and over are subject to a $100 per day plus tax fee.
All membership fees are paid directly to the Membership Office upon arrival. Please note that arrivals outside of the Membership Office operating hours (Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; weekends 10:00 AM–4:00 PM) will begin access to club privileges the following day.
