Discover Coastal Calm at the Center of It All. FLOHOM 1 | Bay Escape ✨
Welcome to FLOHOM 1, a coastal-eclectic luxury houseboat docked at Inner Harbor Marina in the heart of downtown Baltimore. Designed for up to four guests with 1 bedroom, 1½ bathrooms, and a queen sleeper sofa, every space has been considered: warm natural tones, sun-drenched interiors, and panoramic water views from nearly every angle.
The rooftop is where this stay comes alive. A fire pit table, a four-seat dining area, a deep sectional sofa, and lounge chairs, all wrapped in unobstructed 360° views of the Baltimore skyline, Federal Hill, and the harbor. Mornings start with coffee over calm water. Evenings end with the city glowing above the fire.
Below deck, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a pour-over coffee maker and complimentary welcome amenities, a queen Helix Luxe mattress dressed in Parachute linens, and a spa-like bathroom with Turkish towels and kimono robes. Your stay also includes complimentary parking, marina gate passes, and access to the indoor pool and gym at the adjacent Royal Sonesta Hotel.
Walkable to Federal Hill, Cross Street Market, Camden Yards, M&T Bank Stadium, and the Inner Harbor promenade, with water taxi access steps from your door, FLOHOM 1 puts you at the center of Baltimore without ever losing the calm of the water.
From skyline sunsets to harbor-side mornings, this is where the city meets the current.
