Welcome to FLOHOM 3, a Bohemian-inspired floating tiny home for two, docked at Ferry Point Marina on the Magothy River. This is the intimate side of FLOHOM: one bedroom, one bathroom, a sunlit living space, and a rooftop built for long conversations, slow mornings, and fire-lit evenings on the water.

The interior is compact and considered. A queen Helix Luxe mattress with Parachute linens, a fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig and complimentary coffee, a Sonos speaker, a Roku smart TV, and yoga mats for stretching on the deck or the dock. The design is warm, textured, and intentional, with a Boho sensibility that feels relaxed without cutting corners on quality.

Upstairs, the rooftop is the heart of the stay. A fire pit table, a deep sectional sofa, wool blankets, and 360° views of the river, the marina, and open sky. At sunset, the Magothy goes golden and quiet. It's the kind of moment that makes you want to stay one more night.

Ferry Point Marina sits right next to The Point Crab House and Grill, an award-winning waterfront restaurant. Downtown Annapolis is about 15 minutes away. Baltimore and Washington, D.C. are both within easy driving distance.

But the real draw here is the stillness. This is a place designed for slowing down.
