Welcome to FLOHOM 4, a city-modern floating suite docked at National Harbor Marina on the Potomac River. Designed for up to four guests with 1 bedroom, 1½ bathrooms, and a queen sleeper sofa, every detail reflects its setting: polished interiors, open water, and one of the most walkable waterfront destinations near Washington, D.C.

The rooftop is the centerpiece. A fire pit table, a six-seat dining area, a deep sectional sofa, lounge chairs, and 360° views of the Potomac River and National Harbor skyline. Evenings here have a way of stretching longer than you planned. The sky turns over the river, the waterfront promenade lights up below, and there's no reason to be anywhere else.

Inside, a sun-drenched living area opens to panoramic water views, with a designer queen sleeper sofa, Sonos speaker, and 50" smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with a four-burner stove, Nespresso maker, and complimentary welcome amenities. The bedroom features a queen Helix Luxe mattress with Parachute linens, a dedicated workstation, and a 50" smart TV. Two parking passes and Starlink WiFi are included.

National Harbor puts everything within walking distance: MGM Grand, waterfront dining, the Capital Wheel, seasonal events, and miles of riverfront trails. Washington, D.C. is just across the river.
