Welcome to FLOHOM 6, a Tulum-inspired luxury houseboat with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and room for up to four guests. Docked at National Harbor Marina on the Potomac River, Closing Tide was designed to feel like the end of a perfect day: warm, unhurried, and grounded in natural beauty. This is the most spacious FLOHOM at National Harbor, with King beds in both bedrooms and a layout built for spreading out.
The interior draws from the earthy textures and organic warmth of Tulum. A sun-drenched living area with a designer sectional, a four-seat dining table, and panoramic water views flows into a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove, Nespresso maker, and complimentary welcome amenities. Both bedrooms feature King Helix Luxe mattresses with Parachute linens, full closets, 50" smart TVs, and kimono robes.
Upstairs, the rooftop is where the Potomac opens up. An eight-seat dining table, a fire pit, a deep sectional sofa, lounge chairs, and wool blankets for cooler evenings. The views stretch across the river and the National Harbor waterfront, and by sunset the whole scene goes golden and quiet.
Everything National Harbor offers is within walking distance: MGM Grand, waterfront dining, the Capital Wheel, seasonal events, and miles of riverfront trails. Washington, D.C. is just across the bridge. Two parking passes and Starlink WiFi are included.
