Discover Modern Minimalist Design on Baltimore's Newest Waterfront. FLOHOM 9 | Baldamore Oasis ✨
Welcome to FLOHOM 9, a modern minimalist floating suite designed for two, docked at Baltimore Peninsula, the city's newest waterfront district. Clean lines, natural light, and a calm palette define the interior. This is FLOHOM at its most pared back: everything you need, nothing you don't, and water on every side.
The living area is bright and open, with a sectional sofa, side chair, Sonos speaker, and 50" smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso maker, complimentary coffee, and welcome amenities. The bedroom holds a queen Helix Luxe mattress with Parachute linens, kimono robes, and a 40" smart TV. The full bathroom is stocked with Turkish towels and complimentary toiletries.
Upstairs, the rooftop brings the waterfront to you. A fire pit table, a four-seat dining area, lounge chairs, a four-seat sectional, and wool blankets for cooler evenings. The view opens west toward the city, and on clear evenings the sunset lands right in front of you.
Baltimore Peninsula is a rapidly growing waterfront neighborhood with new restaurants, breweries, and public spaces along landscaped promenades. It sits centrally between the Inner Harbor, Federal Hill, Fells Point, and Canton, all of which are a short drive or rideshare away. Your stay includes one complimentary parking pass, two marina gate passes, and Starlink WiFi.
The name says it all. This is a place to be still and let the city come to you.
